Polycoagulant CA is a chemical additive widely used in the rubber industry, especially in the production of synthetic rubber, and is mainly used as a flocculant for styrene-butadiene rubber latex and nitrile rubber latex.

▶ Mechanism of Action:

In the production process of synthetic rubber, the rubber exists in the form of latex. To obtain solid rubber products, it is necessary to separate rubber particles from water. After the flocculant CA is added to the latex, it can quickly destroy the stability of the latex, causing the rubber particles to agglomerate, grow in size and precipitate, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.
